Job Vacancy – Description Service Receptionist 

Overview

From our brand-new, flagship showroom in Preston, North West Maxus is the regional representative of the fastest growing electric van brand in the UK and we are actively recruiting for a Service Receptionship to help deliver a first-class aftersales experience. 

About The Role 

As a Service Receptionist , you will the first contact for our customers as they enter our Dealership assisting and directing our customers to our Salesforce or meeting and greeting them for the  servicing and repairing of their  Maxus vehicles.  

Our workshop will be opening soon and from a standing start we aim to recruit a small select team across all function of the Dealership including this role which requires an enthusiastic individual committed to deliver first class customer service 

Key Responsibilities 

• Scheduling and customer vehicles into the workshop timetable. 
• Establishing and communicating workshop tasks 
• Raise job cards  and providing  estimates for customer requirements 
• Liaising with technicians 
• Communicating timely updates on vehicle progress throughout the service or repair 
• Gain authorisation for extra work arising from scheduled repairs if appropriate 

Ideal Requirements 

• Franchise dealership experience is preferred in a similar role 
• A team-player who is comfortable with the demands of a growing Dealership where the ability to multi task is key 
• Experience with Dealers systems to workshop load and provide estimates
